An integrated user interface will provide the APT capabilities. The general user interface (top level user interface) embeds the various tools. The top level user interface understands and supports the HST proposal development process. The APT will follow a small number of conventions that will be easy for a new user to follow. For example, right clicking on an object anywhere brings up a menu of things you can do to that object (either within the current tool or any other tool).
