Plate_ID (for NIC1 and NIC2 only if the Reference_Frame is the GSC1)
RA_Uncertainty (will default to 0.1" if not specified)
DEC_Uncertainty (will default to 0.1" if not specified)
The following fields - Other_Fluxes, Reference_Frame, Description, Comments - must be quoted in the input file (e.g. "ICRS"). If quotes are needed in one of the above, you have to double quote them.
No blank lines are allowed without the comment character (#).
You do not need to include commas past what you need to populate.
Note that this template file can be exported from APT by going to the File Menu, Export, "Export Target list Template". An alternate way to get a template file (which is specific for your targets) is to create one complete target in APT, and then export the target (File Menu, Export, "Export Target list").
To ingest the target list into APT, go to the File Menu, Import, "Import Target list into the current proposal". To see the results of the ingest, open the Targets container in the Tree Editor.
Error checking will be performed upon ingest.
If you wish to export your complete target list from APT, then go to File Menu, Export, "Export Target list".
