Upcoming Release

* APT 18.0 is being planned for release just after the beginning of 
the year.  Planning for this release is going on now.  We know that
the release is oversubscribed.  Some trade-offs will need to be made.

An Alpha was released 11/18, and the Beta for testing is planned for
the beginning of December.

* We are also planning an 18.0.1 release to support internal
processing of Phase I proposals.  This would be needed by 
the end of February.
