A new external release of the Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT 4.2)
        has been made.

        The new release is now available for for download from the APT
        Web site at apt.stsci.edu.

        It will be available on the unix science and sogs cluster
        users after the over night rsync.

        APT 4.2 was released to correct a procedural error made during the
        delivery of APT 4.1.

        This release includes the following tools:

           APT (4.2)
           Bright Object Tool (BOT 1.4)
           Exposure Time Calculator (ETC 3.0)
           Observatory Constraint Manager (OCM 1.3)
           Visual Target Tuner (VTT 3.6)
