A new external release of the Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT 3.5) has 
been made.

The new release is now available for download at

       apt.stsci.edu

A Mac OS X version is now available from there now.

APT 3.5 will be available on the solaris clusters after tonights rsync.

    This release includes the following tools:

       Bright Object Tool (BOT 1.4)
       Exposure Time Calculator (ETC 2.1)
       Observatory Constraint Manager (OCM 1.2)
       Visual Target Tuner (VTT 3.4)
