A new external release of the Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT 3.3
   has been made.

   The new release is now available for download from the APT Web site
   at apt.stsci.edu.  

   APT 3.3 will be available on the unix science and sogs cluster
   after the over night rsync.

   This release includes the following tools:

      Bright Object Tool (BOT 1.2)
      Exposure Time Calculator (ETC 2.1)
      Observatory Constraint Manager (OCM 1.2)
      Visual Target Tuner (VTT 3.3)


   The following OPRs are being delivered with this release:
