A new external release of the Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT 3.2 has been made. The new release is now available for download from the APT Web site at apt.stsci.edu. [[Note, if you installed the beta version of 3.2 on your Windows PC, you will need to uninstall it before installing the final release.]] APT 3.2 will be available on the unix science and sogs cluster after the over night rsync.
